Yoga is the path you follow to bring together the mind, body, spirit and heart., yoga improves your breathing, body awareness, posture, flexibility and calmness of the spirit. You’ll also discover an increased ability to balance, life and support yourself. There are many different forms of yoga so make sure you’re up to date with the latest class on offer. No muscle group is ever under or over trained.
Power Yoga is a fitness based Vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.
