I have grown up in the Eastern Suburbs my whole life. I became involved with fitness when I was young and have continued to play sport and stay fit. I have played Rugby League for 20 years, 3 of which I played in the lower grades at South Sydney Rabbitohs.

I have also represented NSW in both Track & Field and Touch Football , as well as coached Oz Tag at state level. I am a current player in the Australian Oz Tag team and have been for the last 9 years. I want to be able to help others by passing on the knowledge and skills I have attained throughout my years in the industry.

I have also had the pleasure to be trained by 6 time world champion boxing trainer Johnny Lewis and one of Australia’s lead sprint coaches Roger Fabri. Over the years I have also had the opportunity to train such athletes as QLD & Australian cricketer Nathan Haurtitz, Australian Iron-woman Candice Falzon, International horse racing trainer Harry Findlay, International Sports Model Amanda Hinchcliff and Premier Jockey James McDonald.
