Having spent over 20 years involved in an array of individual and team sports, from national level Athletics to international Rugby League, along with a serious amount of academic training, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience that all culminates in what I deliver as personal trainer.

Having been a qualified Personal Trainer for over 4 years, I have worked with all fitness types, heard every excuse under the sun and still managed to positively change countless lives. I have an easy-going attitude and am yet to come across a client I haven’t been able to motivate to achieve real results.
