Membership Update

As a valued member of Titan Fitness, you’ve seen the progress and updates we’ve been making to make sure Titan remains the best fitness centre in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, and that our members have access to the best facilities, equipment, and service possible.

While there have been plenty of improvements to our gym over this time that you would have noticed, there have been a few price increases since you joined for new members that you might not have been aware of, and we’ve held off from passing on to loyal members like yourself. 

The time has come for us to need to slightly raise your membership fees and update the terms of your membership, so all of our members are on an equal playing field. 

As a loyal Titan Fitness member, we’ll be changing your membership fees to our lowest possible rate, while giving you all the benefits of our Gold Membership and waiving any minimum contract length terms that apply to new members. There are also some changes to our terms and conditions that you need to be aware of. 

Here’s an overview of what’s changing to your Membership - 

  • Your weekly fees will be changing to $31 per week
  • Payment cycles will now be Fortnightly for all members
  • Changes to the Membership Time Freeze periods
  • Introduction of cancellation fees on Group Fitness Classes
  • Changes on how you request changes to your membership
  • Changes to how we communicate with you

So what do you need to do? Well, if you’re okay with how all of this sounds, you don’t need to do anything right now, on December 1st your membership will automatically change to the new structure.

We know that there are price increases everywhere at the moment, and we’ve tried our best to hold off on passing our rising costs to our members so we thank you for your understanding.
