8 years ago, I decided to leave my job as a social worker in Sweden to go to Australia and work with what I love most – fitness! I’ve now been a part of the Titan Fitness family for over 6 years, but I can honestly say I still enjoy every day as if it was my first! At Titan Fitness, I get the opportunity to make an impact to peoples' lives and to inspire them to have a healthier lifestyle. Something that puts a smile on my face every single day!
My choice of profession comes down to the fact that training is and has always been a big part of my life. Being from Sweden, I've been skiing my whole life and in the off-season I found my passion in running. I've experienced marathons, cross-country races and shorter distance fun runs and I LOVE IT!
For me, training is the best way to boost your energy levels! I believe that when you feel fit and healthy, you also feel equipped to achieve more in all areas of your life. Working as a personal trainer is like working as a personal coach. You're using knowledge and experience to motivate others to reach beyond what they think is possible. It’s not only about helping someone achieve a short-term goal, it's about changing someone's mindset and lifestyle!
