Our Matrix Spin bikes have a display that allows you to monitor your resistance level and track your distance, RPM’s and calorific burn. But do not worry if you haven’t done it before! You can push yourself to your own personal limits adjusting the resistance to suit you.

Cannot make any of our scheduled spin classes? Our Spin Studio also includes the Fitness On Demand virtual instructor and classes where you can choose your own video and class to ride to!
