Q&A with EHPLabs Athletes
Over the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed an exceptionally fit group hanging around the gym. This group was likely the EHPlabs Athletes. These Athletes are sponsored by the brand EHPlabs, a global company renowned for selling top quality nutritional supplements, which are stocked here at Titan. Such products include Oxyshred, Beyond BCAA and Oxywhey Lean Protein. We got the chance to catch up with a few of our favourite athletes and find out their top tips for staying lean and which EHPlabs product they can’t live without.
Rachel Dillon
Which EHPlabs supplement can’t you live without and why? “That’s a really tough question! If I had to choose one it would be Beyond BCAA. Strawberry Daiquiri is my favourite flavour. It not only helps me in the gym but also helps me with sugar cravings.”
What is your top tip for staying lean all year round? “My top tip would be to make your diet and training a lifestyle. Start enjoying exercise and try and do it habitually.”
If you could be any of the EHPlabs athletes for a day, who would you be and why? “Probably Katya because she’s just booty goals.”
Jaco De Bruyn
Which EHPlabs supplement can’t you live without and why? “I could mention all of them but my favourite is Beyond BCAA. I like to drink a lot of water throughout the day and I always put it in there. It helps prevent my muscles from breaking down.
Also, I’ve tasted a lot of protein shakes in my life and nothing compares to the Oxywhey chocolate flavour.”
What is your top tip for staying lean all year round? “Consistency with my diet. I’ve been training for 10 years now and I wish when I had known the importance of diet when I stared. Diet is so important in building size and maintaining your physique.”
If you could be any of the EHPlabs athletes for a day, who would you be and why? Definitely Max. He has been an inspiration to me from day one. He just has such an incredible physique.”
Rosanna Arkle
Which EHPlabs product can’t you live without and why? “That would have to be Oxyshred. I rely on it to get me up every morning and I just feel so good when I’m on it. It also helps me to burn fat.”
What is your top tip for staying lean all year round? “Hmmm Oxyshred! I also do a lot of walking and ensure that I stay on top of my diet and training regime.”
If you could be one EHPlabs athlete for a day, who would you be and why? “I would want to be all of them! They are all so dedicated to their health and fitness. We just have such a good team. I’d honestly be happy to be any one of them.”
Max Philisaire
Which EHPlabs supplement can’t you live without and why? “A lot of people say ‘well if I don’t have my supplements, then I can’t train’, but that’s not the case. Instead I have a favourite supplement which is Beyond BCAA’s. I have these before, during and after my workouts. They help me limit muscle breakdown.”
What is your top tip for staying lean all year round? “You have to enjoy the journey. The journey helps you find what diet and training techniques works for you and what don’t. It also helps you learn how to maintain your physique once you are at the top. You have to be patient and submit to the journey.”
If you could be any of the EHPlabs athletes for a day, who would you be and why? “Even if I wanted to be someone else I couldn’t, so my focus is to maximise my own potential.”
