Yes, you read the title correctly. Now, thank’s to The Protein Bread Co. you can enjoy your all time favourite Friday night meal without diverging from your healthy eating routine. The Protein Bread Co. have created Australia’s lowest carb pizza base. One serving contains a whopping 25 g of protein with only 2.5 g of carbohydrates. Follow the recipe below for a quick, easy and delicious meal.
Instructions
Serving size: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Line a 30 cm pizza tray with baking paper and spray with oil.
Step 2: Add ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Step 3: Pour the mixture into the pizza tray and spread evenly.
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then flip the base over and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
Step 5: Add your favourite pizza toppings (this meal is a great opportunity to increase your intake of veg).
Step 6: Bake Pizza in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the toppings are cooked to your desired taste.
